My Sisters Keeper- Someones Keeper

I don't think of myself as a keeper, but I think I would be a keeper to my little sister. We are about two years apart so we mostly share some interests and desires. I can make her laugh and have alot of fun. Although we maintain that brother and sister bulling, whenever she truly needs it, im there for her.

Discussion Questions 1 and 2

1. I can see why people might call this story suspenseful. Jodi Picoult leaves each chapter with a strong hook at the end to catch you and make you want to still keep reading.  As for questions I want to know, I want to know what will happen in the lawsuit weither Anna or Sara and Brian will win. I also want to know what are the outcomes for each of the people on who wins.

2. I think Sara to over protective over Kate. The only reason she had Anna was to save Kate’s life. I can see why Anna would start rebelling against her parents. However, in all I don’t think Sara is a completely bad person. It seems like she is neglecting Anna and Jesse without realizing it. She is just so caught up with saving Kates life that she doesn’t realize what she is doing.

When I was old enough to understand my name, I thought it didn't mean to much. But then i did some further researching and I found a lot. The boys name Brendon is another way of saying Brendan, but now it is more commonly used in its own place. The popularity of the name started to drastically go up in 1970 and peaked in 1997. Surprisingly it is a very popular last name for both men and Woman. The name Brendon literally means “prince”. It originated in Ireland. As defined on urban dictionary, it says that I am the most amazing guy ever, so I’m pretty happy about that. At first, my name wasn’t going to be Brendon, it was going to be Clansy. My mom said she loved this name because it had a certain ring in it that she liked. Thankfully, I had a brother and a sister old enough to know if that wasn’t a good name or not. If I was named that, I would probably have to go by something else because I would get made fun of 24/7. But now, I really wouldn’t care because I don’t let things get to me as much as I did. This is when my mom came up with Brendon. She said that it represented a strong character, and I can say I sort of agree with her. I view myself as a person who doesn’t get put down easily and is not afraid to speak my mind.
